At The Simple Hobbit, every package is packed with care, intention, and a little bit of magic. Because our Treasures From Under the Party Tree boxes are created in small, cozy batches, shipping works a little differently than a big-box store — and we want you to know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
All shop orders are carefully prepared by hand. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped, unless otherwise stated in the product listing or during a seasonal launch.
During busy times (such as holidays or special releases), processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s always worth the wait.
Shipping Method
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services, depending on your location and the size of your parcel.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. We do our best to keep shipping as affordable as possible while still ensuring your Treasures arrive safely.
Subscription Products
For subscribers to Treasures From Under the Party Tree, letters are shipped once per month on the first day of each month.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing cycle: your payment will be processed on the same day each month as the day you signed up (ex. if you subscribed on the 10th day of the month, all of your following payments will be processed on the 10th of each month until you cancel your subscription).
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
However, if your package is lost or appears to be stuck, please reach out — we’ll do everything we reasonably can to help track it down.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
