Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Simple Hobbit, every order is packed with care and intention. Because our Treasures boxes and curated items are created in small, thoughtful batches, we have a few simple guidelines to keep everything fair for everyone.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — including limited-edition Treasures boxes, handmade items, and curated collections — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or missed deliveries.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. If approved, we will happily replace the item or send a refund, depending on availability.

Our goal is always to make things right.


Subscription Boxes

Subscription payments are charged in advance and are non-refundable once processed. If you need to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Once a box has been packed or shipped, it cannot be refunded or canceled.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors once an order has been handed off to the shipping service. However, we will do our best to help you locate or resolve any delivery issues.


Digital Products

All digital items, downloads, and Substack subscriptions are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of digital content.
